What you’ll do

  • Produce fully detailed steelwork models using Autodesk Revit.
  • Create construction drawings, shop drawings, and supporting technical documentation.
  • Manage Revit models: file structure, naming conventions, version control and clash detection.
  • Generate accurate material take-offs to support cost estimation and procurement.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, document control, and project teams to meet key deadlines.
  • Liaise directly with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver effective design solutions.
  • Support BIM compliance, CDM 2015 requirements, and industry “golden thread” standards.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and technical marketing activities.

What we’re looking for

  • HNC (or equivalent) or relevant industry experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience using Revit for cold rolled steel designs.
  • Strong ability to interpret architectural & engineering drawings.
  • Confident communicator, able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
